When you record a recitation:
- The audio is sent to our secure servers for AI-powered analysis
- The analysis (scores, word-by-word feedback) is stored in your account
- Audio recordings are processed in real-time and are NOT permanently stored after analysis is complete
- We do not share your audio recordings with any third party

- Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure
- All data in transit is encrypted
- All data at rest is encrypted
- Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text
- Access controls ensure you can only access your own data

- Your authentication credentials are permanently deleted

- This action cannot be undone
- Deletion is processed immediately

9. Children's Privacy
Tilawa.ai is a Quran learning application suitable for users of all ages. For users under the age of 16, we require parental or guardian consent before account creation. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the App.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us at support@tilawa.ai and we will promptly address it.
10. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services for infrastructure (cloud hosting, authentication) and AI-powered recitation analysis. Audio sent for analysis is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored by any third party.
We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, social media tracking pixels, or analytics that track you across other apps or websites.
